Frontend Software Engineer

Esoko is changing how businesses manage smallholder farmers, suppliers, and clients through the effective use of mobile/web innovations. We are currently seeking a talented frontend software engineer with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in React, Frontend development, and UI/UX design skills. As a frontend software engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining complex web applications, as well as collaborating with other engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software products.
Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain complex web applications using React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new features
• Implement UI/UX designs that are responsive, intuitive, and user-friendly
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in frontend development and UI/UX design

ABOUT YOU
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in frontend development and React
• Strong UI/UX design skills
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with modern frontend development tools and frameworks
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
