About Your Insyt Trial

What can I do during my free trial?

Your trial period gives you unlimited access to Insyt, allowing you to create forms, add collaborators, and capture responses. However, you can only view and download 100 free responses. To access all your responses above 100, you can upgrade your account by adding your card details using the Billing section.

What happens after my trial is over?

After your trial expires, you will have limited access to Insyt. You can continue collecting responses, but you will not be able to view or download them. To access all your responses, you can upgrade your account by adding your card details using the Billing section.

Product Usage

What is a Form Response?

Each response which is submitted after answering all the questions on one form on the Insyt mobile app (irrespective of the number of individual questions in the form) constitutes a form response.

Let us take an example where you have 1 form on which data will be collected by 20users/mobile devices. If each user fills the questions on your form and presses the “Submit” button on the app once, you would have collected 20 responses

What is a Device? Is there a limit to how many devices I can use?

A device is any mobile phone on which the Insyt mobile app has been used to submit at least one form response. No, there is no limit to how many devices you can use either during your free trial/paid subscription.

Are there any extra charges for access to advanced features like Workflow, Analytics and Biometrics?

No. Insyt offers unlimited access to all features for only $0.02 per form response per month.

What if I need additional functionalities or extra support to build my questionnaire?

We offer additional services including survey design, customizations, and integrations. You may also request for a dedicated account manager at a cost of $600 per month, who will support you with building forms, generating analytics & reports, and 24/7 technical support. What is enterprise plan?

Enterprise plan is for organizations who prefer to pay annually/bi-annually for their subscription to Insyt.

How much does it cost?

The total cost for enterprise plan depends on your scope of work. Contact sales@esoko.com to request for the enterprise plan. The package comes with a $600 per month charge for a dedicated account manager who will support you with building forms, generating analytics & reports, and 24/7 technical support.

Payment & Billing

How am I billed for using Insyt?

Insyt bills in 30-day cycles. You are billed for the number of form responses on your account within the 30-day period. This includes any deleted responses within the period. Monthly bill = $0.02 x number of form responses on your account. Enterprise plan is for organizations who prefer to pay annually/bi-annually for their subscription to Insyt.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Yes. You can choose the enterprise plan for 6- or 12-months periods.
